3. Legal basis and consent

We process the appointment and rights-request details on the basis of your consent under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Checkboxes start unticked. You can refuse and still call the hospital or visit in person.

Optional analytics and third-party widgets run only if you press “Accept optional data use” or later change your choice on this page. You can withdraw that consent as easily as you gave it — use the buttons below or the banner.

Showing the public hospital website, including the emergency phone number, is done so you can reach care. It does not require a consent checkbox.

4. How long we keep data

• Website appointment / rights forms: not stored on this website.
• WhatsApp messages you send to the hospital: kept by Meta according to WhatsApp’s policy, and by the hospital for deleted within 180 days of the last interaction unless needed for treatment records required by law.
• First-party analytics: automatically deleted after 90 days, or sooner if you ask us to erase your current browser session.
• Hosting logs: kept only as long as the hosting provider retains operational logs.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with these processors / platforms actually used by this site:

• Vercel — hosts the website and may process IP addresses and server logs.
• Neon — stores optional first-party analytics events (not form contents).
• WhatsApp / Meta Platforms — if you send the pre-filled appointment or rights-request message.
• SociableKIT and Google — only if you allow third-party content, to show Google reviews.
• YouTube (Google) and Instagram (Meta) — only if you load a video embed or open it on their site.
• Google Fonts — to load the website typeface.

Staff at the hospital who handle appointments or grievances will see messages you send. We do not use advertising networks or third-party marketing pixels on this site.

6. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you (or a parent / guardian, or a person you nominate) may:

• Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold and the processing activities.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Ask us to erase personal data that is no longer needed, or after you withdraw consent.
• Withdraw consent as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal does not undo a message you already sent.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or cannot act.
• Raise a grievance with the hospital’s Grievance Officer.
• Complain to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with the hospital’s response.

If a personal data breach is likely to affect you, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected people as required by the DPDP Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025, including the nature of the breach, likely impact, and what we are doing about it.
